Return Policy

We use Printful to fulfill all of our physical products, and our return policy follows their guidelines.

Returns & Claims

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If a claim is approved and the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will cover the return or replacement at no cost to you.

To submit a return claim, please contact us via our store contact form or submit a return request through your account order page.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

• If the shipping address was incorrect or insufficient, and the item is returned to the Printful facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
• Unclaimed packages returned to our facility will be stored for 30 days. If not reclaimed within this time, they will be donated to charity.

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Except where required by local laws (e.g. in Brazil), we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or non-defective items.
If you wish to offer a return or exchange for such cases, please contact us to arrange a new order at your own expense.

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, face masks and other sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of EU Directive 2011/83, we do not accept returns for:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

  Returns should be clearly addressed to “PRETTYDAMNGREAT Returns.”
