Find What’s Holding Your Website Back From Converting.
Get a hands-on CRO audit of your website and customer journey by senior Conversion & Digital Optimization Consultant Pim de Groot. I’ll show you what I would fix now, what I would test and where I would investigate further.
Your Website Probably Has More Opportunities Than You Can See From the Inside.
When you work with the same website every day, friction becomes familiar. Navigation feels logical because you already understand it. Product information feels complete because you know the product. And conversion problems can remain hidden behind traffic, averages and established ways of working.
What should we fix?
Some problems do not need months of research or an A/B test. They are unnecessary friction that can often be improved directly.
What should we test?
Other opportunities may look convincing but still need customer behaviour to prove whether the proposed solution actually performs better.
What don’t we know yet?
Sometimes the right recommendation is not another redesign. It is identifying the question that needs more data or customer research first.
A Senior CRO Specialist Walking Through Your Actual Customer Journey.
This is not an automated website score, AI-generated checklist or generic list of CRO best practices.
I personally review your website on desktop and mobile, moving through the journey as a customer would. I assess usability, clarity, persuasion, product discovery, decision-making, friction and the actions required to convert.
I combine heuristic analysis with patterns learned through years of conversion optimization and continuous experimentation. The goal is not to tell you that every recognized pattern should be implemented. It is to identify where I believe the strongest opportunities exist and what should happen next.
That distinction is why the audit separates recommendations that can reasonably be implemented directly from ideas that should be validated through experimentation or investigated with additional customer data.
Not Just a List of Problems. A Roadmap for What to Do Next.
Your audit is delivered as a practical, visual PDF that shows where your website may be losing customers, what I would change immediately and which opportunities are worth validating through experimentation.
Fix Now
Clear usability, content and conversion issues that can be improved without waiting for an A/B test.
Test Next
Opportunities where the direction looks promising, but your customers should decide whether the change actually works.
Investigate Further
Questions that need additional behavioural, analytics or customer data before making a confident decision.
Prioritized Roadmap
Findings are translated into clear priorities, so your internal team can start optimizing independently or continue the work with me.

Not Every CRO Recommendation Should Be Treated the Same.
Instead of giving you one long list of ideas, I separate findings based on what I believe should happen next.
Remove Clear Friction.
Usability problems, inconsistencies, unclear information or unnecessary friction where the recommendation is strong enough to consider implementing without using valuable testing capacity.
Validate the Opportunity.
Promising conversion hypotheses where the solution makes sense in theory, but your actual customers should determine whether it performs better.
Get Evidence First.
Questions where analytics, behavioural data, surveys or other customer research would help us understand the problem before deciding what to change.
One Test Gives You a Result. Repeated Testing Teaches You Where to Look.
I currently develop and run approximately 10–15 conversion experiments per month across different websites and customer journeys.
At that pace, roughly 150–200 experiments can pass through my workflow in a year. That repetition exposes recurring patterns around search, navigation, filtering, product discovery, product pages, persuasion, calls to action, cart, checkout and lead generation.
It means I can enter a new website with a large library of previous hypotheses, successes, failures and unexpected customer behaviour to draw from.
But I Don't Sell Best Practices as Facts.
Something that increased conversion for one audience can fail for another. Product, traffic source, intent, brand, price, proposition and customer expectations all change behaviour.
Experience gives me better questions to ask. Your website and customers still determine the answers.
A Roadmap You Can Actually Use.

What the €995 Audit Includes. And What It Doesn't.
Included
Not Included in the Fixed-Price Audit
The €995 audit does not include extensive analytics research, heatmap or session-recording analysis, customer surveys, user testing, tracking implementation, back-end data validation, development, A/B test implementation or complete page redesigns.
Those activities depend heavily on website size, available data, technology and the research questions involved. They can therefore be scoped separately on an hourly basis when needed.

The audit is designed to be valuable even if you never hire me again. If you want help taking the next step, the findings can also become the starting point for a deeper optimization engagement.
Custom Data-Driven CRO Audit
Add analytics, behavioural data, surveys, funnel analysis, session behaviour or back-end validation where the findings require deeper evidence.

Your Audit Is Done by Pim de Groot. Not by a Template.
I’m Pim de Groot, founder of PrettyDamnGreat and a senior Conversion & Digital Optimization Consultant based in Amsterdam.
I have 22+ years of experience across digital, e-commerce, design and customer experience, including 15+ years working with conversion optimization and experimentation.
My background spans creative direction, UX, e-commerce, analytics, experimentation and CRO. That matters in an audit because conversion problems are rarely isolated to one discipline.
Sometimes the problem is usability. Sometimes content. Sometimes hierarchy, persuasion, product discovery, technology or the underlying journey itself. My job is to identify the problem before prescribing the solution.
